1. Organizers & Event Profile

Royal Food Expo & Night Carnival is jointly organized by FORTI (Federation of Rajasthan Trade & Industry) and nba Expo & Events Ventures ("the Organizers").

• B2B Food Expo: 25 – 27 December 2026 • 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Industry Buyer & Trade Focus).
• Night Carnival & Food Festival: 25 December 2026 – 01 January 2027 • 04:00 PM to 03:00 AM (Open to Families & General Public).
• Official Venue: VT Road Ground, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan – India.

2. Carnival Ticket Booking & Entry Rules

• Admission Passes: Entry into the Night Carnival requires a valid ticket. Official published categories are: Individual (₹200), Couple (₹300), Family Pass (₹500 for up to 4 members), and VIP Lounge (₹999).
• QR Code Verification: Each ticket issued contains a cryptographically signed QR code. The QR code is valid for single entry scanning at the security gates. Duplicated, forwarded, or tampered QR codes will be denied entry by automated scanners.
• Age Policy: Children aged 5 years and below enter free of charge when accompanied by an adult with a valid pass. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Non-Transferability: Passes are issued for the nominated ticket holder and accompanying group and are non-resellable in the open market.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

In compliance with consumer standards and advertising platform transparency guidelines:

• Standard Ticket Policy: All carnival ticket sales are final and non-refundable once issued, as tickets reserve limited capacity allocation for specific dates.
• Rescheduling & Force Majeure: In the unlikely event of severe weather, state government directives, natural emergencies, or force majeure causing temporary disruption of the festival, the Organizers will reschedule dates or extend pass validity to alternate carnival days. No cash refunds will be due for rescheduled sessions.
• Complete Cancellation: If the event is canceled in its entirety without alternative dates, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund minus administrative processing fees.

4. Exhibitor Stall Applications & Commercial Terms

• Inquiry Submission: Submitting a stall booking form on royalfoodexpo.com constitutes an expression of commercial interest and space reservation inquiry. It does not automatically guarantee booth allotment.
• Formal Allotment & Contract: Stall space allocation is confirmed strictly upon review by the floor plan allotment committee, execution of the formal Exhibitor Agreement, and settlement of commercial booth fees via the official payment link provided by the Organizers.
• Shell Scheme & Bare Space: Exhibitors must adhere to height restrictions, electrical safety codes, fire safety guidelines, and noise limits specified in the official Exhibitor Manual.

5. B2B Trade Delegate Registration

Delegates registering for the daytime B2B Food Expo (25 – 27 December) must represent verified business entities (retailers, distributors, institutional buyers, FMCG manufacturers). Organizers reserve the right to verify business credentials before issuing B2B trade badges.

6. Venue Security, Code of Conduct & Prohibited Items

To safeguard public safety at VT Road Ground, all attendees are subject to security screening at entry points. The following items and behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Weapons, knives, sharp objects, fireworks, explosives, or hazardous chemicals.
• Outside alcoholic beverages and illicit drugs or narcotics.
• Unauthorized promotional flyers, commercial banners, or unsanctioned political material.
• Aggressive, disruptive, or disorderly conduct that threatens public tranquility.

Security personnel hold absolute authority to escort any violator off the venue premises without refund.

7. Food Safety, FSSAI Standards & Dietary Allergies

All food exhibitors, chefs, and stall vendors operating at the event are independently responsible for maintaining strict food hygiene standards pursuant to the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations.

Allergy Advisory: Attendees with specific allergies (gluten, nuts, dairy, spices) must directly query stall vendors before consuming food items. The Organizers do not prepare or cook meals and bear no liability for adverse dietary reactions.

8. Media, Photography & Public Broadcast Consent

By attending the event, attendees acknowledge that official photographers, videographers, and accredited news media will capture photos and video footage of the festival. Attendees grant the Organizers a royalty-free right to use such public crowd footage in future event promotions, highlights reels, and social media coverage.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, the Organizers, their affiliates, directors, sponsors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, personal injury, or theft of personal property occurring at the venue grounds. Attendees assume personal responsibility for their belongings.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to the event or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
