While every effort is made to maintain published schedules for the Royal Food Expo & Night Carnival 2026 (25 Dec 2026 – 01 Jan 2027 at VT Road Ground, Mansarovar, Jaipur), the Organizers reserve the explicit right to modify, adjust, reschedule, or cancel specific live performance acts, celebrity appearances, chef workshops, carnival rides, or exhibition session timings due to technical logistics, artist availability, civic safety, or meteorological circumstances without prior individual notice.
2. Commercial & B2B Business Outcomes Disclaimer
Participation as an exhibitor, stall operator, or B2B trade visitor does not constitute a guarantee of sales volumes, commercial turnover, distributorship appointments, retail contracts, or investor funding. Commercial interactions between exhibitors, buyers, superstockists, and visitors are conducted entirely at their mutual discretion, risk, and negotiation.
3. Food Safety, Ingredients & Dietary Allergies
All food items, beverages, street delicacies, and processed snacks available during the festival are cooked, prepared, packaged, and served by independent commercial food vendors, restaurateurs, and exhibitors.
Important Health & Allergy Advisory:
- The Organizers do not prepare culinary dishes and assume no responsibility for food preparation hygiene beyond verifying standard FSSAI licensing requirements.
- Attendees who have allergies to peanuts, dairy, gluten, soy, shellfish, artificial colors, or spices are strongly urged to exercise caution and inquire directly with vendor staff prior to purchase and consumption.

The Night Carnival and portions of the Food Expo take place on open-air ground facilities at VT Road Ground, Mansarovar. The Organizers shall not be held liable for personal discomfort, dampness, cold temperatures, or inconvenience resulting from natural weather conditions or ground surface variations. Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately for winter evenings in Jaipur.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FORTI, nba Expo & Events Ventures, or their directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website, attendance at the event, or reliance on any material published herein.
